Dr. Earl J. Campazzi is board certified and has trained and practiced at some of the finest medical institutions in the country.

At the Mayo Clinic in Rochester, Minnesota, Dr. Campazzi spent several years on staff providing medical care and teaching resident physicians. He completed his medical training at The Johns Hopkins University and served as chief resident. He earned his medical doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Medicine.

Dr. Campazzi holds additional postgraduate degrees including a Master of Public Health with emphasis in Health Care Policy and Management and a Master of Health Sciences with emphasis in Immunology and Infectious Diseases, both from The Johns Hopkins University Bloomberg School of Public Health…

Dina Giovanetti, APRN-C

Dina Giovanetti is a certified nurse practitioner with vast experience, including emergency medicine, oncology, and women’s health. She completed her Master of Nursing at Florida Atlantic University in 1995, where she was inducted into the National Honor Society of Nursing, Sigma Theta Tau, and graduated Magna Cum Laude.  

Dina started her training at Salve Regina University in Newport, Rhode Island, by obtaining a dual major in Biology and Microbiology. She was inducted into Sigma Phi Sigma, the National Mercy Honor Society in 1986 and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 1989.   

Committed to fitness and nutrition, Dina is an avid runner, weightlifter, and competitive endurance athlete. She has worked with Dr. Campazzi in many different settings for the last 15 years. 

Laura Wagner, APRN-C

Certified Nurse Practitioner Laura Wagner completed her Master of Science degree at Florida Atlantic University in 2006, where she was a Sigma Theta Tau nursing honor society member. Laura’s career has included urgent care and family medicine, giving her extensive experience caring for infants through geriatrics. 

After graduating from Florida State University in 1999 with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Laura started her nursing career as a telemetry nurse on a Progressive Care Unit. She served as a charge nurse as well as an instructor for her hospital’s unit. Laura also worked as a school nurse caring for elementary, middle, and high school students.
